Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Condition of Items: Returned products must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any tags or documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must accompany the return request.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund due to their unique nature.
  • Seasonal items (e.g., items marked "Black Friday" or "Christmas") are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure our items meet the highest quality standards. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Once the damage or defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including the shipping cost for the return.

Please note: If the defect is reported after 7 days, we may not be able to guarantee a refund or replacement.


Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We will notify you via email with return instructions, including the return address.
  2. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product following the return instructions and place a new order for the desired item.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
  • Cancellations within the 24-hour window will incur no fees.
  • For cancellations after 24 hours but before the item is shipped, a $3 restocking fee will be applied.

Important Notes

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
  • Non-Returnable Reasons: Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Items that are returned due to incorrect size selection.
    • Items claimed as "Not as described" without proof or while the order is still in transit.
    • Delayed shipping that falls within the time frame outlined in our shipping policy.
